Samuel Pavlik was officially appointed Minister of Interior and Digital Citizenship of the United Kingdom of Judaism with effect from 21 August 2026. In this role, he is responsible for internal administration, digital citizenship, the member register, digital documents and coordination of citizens' regional assignment.
The Ministry has also clarified the public population record. Of the total 2,145 citizens, 1,798 are assigned across the three regional records. The remaining 347 citizens have officially been recorded as diaspora and unassigned citizens since 21 August 2026. They remain included in the total UKJ citizen count but are not assigned to any of the three publicly listed regions.
Both the appointment and the regional clarification are published in the public register of the Ministry of Interior and Digital Citizenship. UKJ functions, titles and registers are exclusively symbolic and community-based and do not constitute public authority or legal status under the law of any state.
